I’m a big fan of good coffee and hearty food, but what I really love to find are dog-friendly spots. The family-run café is known for its excellent coffee, homemade treats, and spectacular coastal views.

It is worth noting that there are plenty more dog-friendly cafes along the Wild Atlantic Way, and these are just some of our favourites. 

Before setting off, it's always worth checking a café's latest dog policy, as indoor access can vary. I always travel with a collapsible water bowl, treats, waste bags, and a towel for muddy paws, especially after beach walks.

Being respectful of other customers and following each café's guidelines helps ensure that dog-friendly businesses continue welcoming dogs for years to come.
